Bolatito Araba currently works for Rosabel Leo Burnett as Head, Human Resources, where she oversees the HR affairs of the entire group of company.

She graduated from the University of Lagos, majoring in French Language. Her passion for journalism saw her through the walls of the Nigerian Institute of Journalism where she specialized in Broadcast for her PGD program.

As members of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and American Society for Training and Development (ASTD) respectively, she has proved her mettle on the job in Rosabel within the last eight years.

She started her career in the bank, later moved to Media before joining Rosabel Leo Burnett.

She has consistently served on the Knowledge and Academy committee of the Association of Advertising Agencies of Nigeria (AAAN) overseeing the training program for new entrants into the marketing communication business till date.

She is a good presenter, an attentive listener, a very effective planner. Above all, she is a complete people-person, pious, warm and caring.
