Dr. Sunny Obazu-Ojeagbase
Pastor (Dr.) Sunny Obazu-Ojeagbase, is the Executive Chairman and co-founder of Success Attitude Development Centre (SADC), a not-for-profit NGO with a mission to ‘raise and nurture entrepreneurs whose success in business is driven by the fear of God, a burning desire to care for their families, and an unquenchable thirst to do good in their communities, He is also the Publisher/Editor-in-chief of SuccessDigest magazine and SuccessDigest Extra, one of the vehicles SADC is using to achieve its goal, which includes raising one million successful entrepreneur by year 2020. Dr. Sunny Obazu-Ojeagbase launched a mentoring club, SuccessDigest Leaders’ Club, which readers who wanted practical coaching for success could join. After he voluntarily discharged from the Nigerian Army in 1978, he began his post military career as a sports reporter, working for the Daily Times, Concord Group of Newspapers and The Guardian, where he resigned his appointment in October 1984 as the pioneer sports editor, to set up his sports publishing business.The first title he published was Sports Souvenir. This was followed by Complete Football (1985) and ten years later, he launched Complete Sports, a daily sports paper.
He retired from sports writing in 1994 and started another career in the human development area, using the experience he gained during his business as a leverage for entering the new field.
Today, Dr. Obazu-Ojeagbase is regarded by thousands of Nigerians who have benefited from his insightful writeups on small and medium businesses, motivation and the internet, as an inspiration for them to achieve their aspiration.
He is married to Esther, his wife of 26years, with whom he went into business together in 1984. Dr. Obazu-Ojeagbase provides consulting services for selected businesses, associations, non-profit organizations and individuals nationwide.
